Sprucewood Park is centrally located in the Mendenhall Valley near schools, parks, grocery stores, a gym, and an aquatic center. This community consists of 111 mobile & manufactured homes. Sprucewood is comprised of responsible and respectful adults wishing to live in a safe, quiet, and tidy community. Tenants are held to a strict standard of home upkeep and respectful conduct to ensure this environment remains intact.
Park tenancy includes on-site mailboxes, street maintenance, optional storage yard rental, and water/sewer. Monthly space rent is $590 and due by the 5th of each month.

To apply for tenancy submit the following:
1. Tenant Application completed for each person 18-yrs old to live in unit. Co-tenants must submit separate applications. See form download link below.
2. After we receive a completed application for each individual 18-yrs old or older, we will email you a link to order a criminal background check and credit report. The report is generated by Tenant Alert and costs $49.95/person. Once you have purchased the report we will be able to gain access to the report and will then give you feedback of your pending approval.
